At ProApp (operated by PROAPP PTE. LTD.), we respect your right to control your personal data. This article explains how to permanently delete your ProApp account and all data associated with it, including any data we received from Facebook if you signed in to ProApp using Facebook Login.
What gets deleted
When you submit a deletion request, we permanently remove the following from our active systems:
• Your ProApp account and login credentials• Your name, email address, phone number, and profile information• Your course progress, completed lessons, quiz attempts, and certificates• Your design challenge submissions and feedback• Bookmarks, saved content, and in-app preferences• Any data ProApp received from Facebook through Facebook Login (such as your Facebook ID, name, email, and profile picture)
What to know before deleting
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.• If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it from the App Store or Google Play before submitting your deletion request to avoid further billing.• We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax compliance) or in encrypted backups for a short retention window. These records are not used for any other purpose and are removed in line with our retention schedule.

Enter the email address associated with your ProApp account.

Deleting Facebook data specifically
If you signed in to ProApp using Facebook Login and want to revoke ProApp's access to your Facebook account without deleting your ProApp account, you can do so directly from Facebook:
Go to your Facebook account.
Open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
Find ProApp in the list of active apps.
Click Remove to revoke ProApp's access.
Revoking access through Facebook stops further data sharing but does not delete the data ProApp has already stored. To delete that data as well, please follow the deletion request steps above.
